***The latest from sound experimentalists the HAFLER TRIO, and the group's first pairing with Soleilmoon since 1996's An Utterance of the Supreme Ventriloquist LP. Disc one, Normally, features seven continuous explorations based on a repeated phrase spoken by EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN's BLIXA BARGELD. Disc two, Sphotavado, is also based on vocal recordings by Bargeld, with three "meaningful" vowels taken and arranged according to certain rules of Sanskrit to form vibratory rhythms to awaken psychic fields within the body—or something to that effect. Specially packaged in a rectangle sleeve designed by HT mainman ANDREW McKENZIE, whose favorite fruit is the pomegranate.
