Revolver USA is a music distributor. We sell independent label digital downloads, CDs, vinyl, DVDs, magazines, books, and related items to stores all over the world and to other distributors, as well as direct to consumers via our Midheaven Mailorder division.

Below are some frequently asked questions from our mailorder customers.

We will replace any factory-defective item or factory-shrunk item purchased from Midheaven with a fresh copy of that title.

Please email order (at) midheaven (dot) com and provide the artist, title and format of the defective item, the problem with it, and purchase date. One thing to note, if we need you to send it back, please be sure to pack it well; we can't be responsible for replacing items trashed by our wonderful U.S. postal service.

We are unable to grant cash refunds; if we are out of stock on the defective item's replacement copy, we'll credit your account for the item so you can either purchase an alternative or wait for the original item to come back in-stock. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on an item because you don't like it once you hear it.

When you order on our website you'll receive an immediate confirmation of receipt of your order via email. The email will include a tentative order amount, including estimated invoice total. This confirmation does NOT mean your order has already been picked or invoiced or charged to your credit card. It simply means we've received your order.

If you didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, it's likely something went wrong with the order. Double check your junk/spam mail folder and if it's not there, please e-mail us at order (at) midheaven (dot) com and we'll get to the bottom of it!

Prices listed are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping/ handling. Prices are subject to change.

We accept VISA and MasterCard and (NEW!) PayPal, as well as checks, money orders, IMOs (International Money Orders drawn in US dollars only), and C.O.D. If you'd rather send credit card info via fax, mail, or email, that's okay, too (contact numbers below).

We're not able to issue cash refunds; if you prepay your order and send it via snailmail and we are out of stock on any of your choices, we will issue a credit slip to be used on subsequent orders. If you need assistance or have any questions about online ordering, contact help@midheaven.com

Again (and this bears repeating): Midheaven does not charge you for items not shipped (see "Order Confirmation via Email," above).

We update our on-line catalog daily with all the new stuff in-stock and with upcoming releases added to our schedule, so if the item you're looking for isn't on our site, we don't have it currently in-stock....yet. HOWEVER - it doesn't mean it won't be coming in at some date in the future. Your best bet for staying updated on what's new is to sign up for our weekly new release list - just e-mail order (at) midheaven (dot) com with either "SUBSCRIBE" or "REMOVE" in the subject line, simple as that!

What if something is out of stock? Do you do backorder? We will ship what's in-stock from your order and refund you the difference. We don't actually do back-order, so if something is listed as out-of-stock on your invoice, you'd need to re-order it. If you'd like to be notifed if something is out of stock PRIOR to shipping, please mention so in the "Order Comments" field.

Pre-orders will ship the week before street date, and generally arrive by or before the street date. Street dates are visible on the item page, and if your pre-order hasn't arrived by the date you'd expected, it's worth double-checking the item page as all street dates are subject to change.

We'll ship your full order out when the pre-order is available to ship. If you'd like for us to ship what's available immediately, e-mail order (at) midheaven (dot) com and we can make the proper arrangements.

Keep in mind that time/logistics restraints can make it very difficult-- if not downright impossible-- for us to browse websites and/or download/listen to MP3s. If you email information, do so in PLAIN TEXT-- attachments will not be downloaded or opened. And DON'T EMAIL MP3s or other sound files. Please.

Revolver USA delivers downloadable musical works for sale worldwide via a wide array of online services, including iTunes, emusic.com, Amazon, Juno, Beatport, Boomkat, Bleep, and scores of otherdigital providers.

We've found that some versions of Windows contain a bug that result in users not being able to unzip full album downloads with the built in archiver program. If you are having problems please use the free programs WinRAR or WinZip to extract the archive. If you continue to have problems please contact us at order at midheaven dot com
