Tokyo, Japan has bred many a band that takes rock n’ roll into the stratosphere in ways that no other country can touch. And the proof is in these grooves as FINK (TEENGENERATE), HERCULES, TOYOZO (FADEAWAYS) and RAYCO once again show us how it’s done in a way only they can pull off. Halo melting rock n’ roll with attitude and more hooks than a pirate convention, if this album was released 20, 30, FORTY years ago, it would be considered a classic. So why can’t that apply to now? Trust us, it does. If you played this to the uninitiated, I guarantee you they couldn’t guess what year it’s from.
