***THE BILINDA BUTCHERS are a SF-based band who have been described as “dream pop”, “shoegaze” and as “Smashing Pumpkins meets the Cure”. They site The Radio Dept., Elliott Smith, the Beatles, the Japanese bands Supercar and Luminous Orange, and Neon Genesis Evangelion as amongst their influences. Goodbyes is the band’s second EP, following Regret Love Guilt Dreams released earlier in 2012. The band have just released their debut album Heaven on Brooklyn-based Orchid Tapes in America and Fastcut in Japan. Japanese import.
