***“Cool proggy collaboration between Sunderland’s FIELD MUSIC and Newcastle’s WARM DIGITS (two duos, plus guests who don’t fear pomp). Field Music’s basics this time actually have Moody Blues and Yes filigrees popping up around their edges, but the constant pulsing of Warm Digits keeps things shockingly cool and they evolve. The decision to keep this session all instrumental certainly saved a lot of potential vocal horror, and the results remind me -- inspirit, if not exact substance -- of the Quiet Sun reunion album. A damn fine thing.”
