***Prosthetic Record's newest bad boys MUTILATION RITES, is filthy black metal hailing from Brooklyn, conceived by MICHAEL DIMMITT and JUSTIN ENNIS in January 2009. After various incarnations, they have amalgamated with GEORGE PAUL and IAIN DEADERICK. Influences include, but are not limited to; darkthrone, discharge, dissection and weakling. Devoid was recorded summer of 2011 with KEVIN BERNSTEN (Magrudergrind, Pulling Teeth, Triac) at Developing Nations Recording in Baltimore, MD. The EP was mastered in the fall of 2011 by JOSH BONATI (The Men, Iceage). It runs at 45 RPM.
