***Somewhere in the vast and harsh regions of dusty old Reno NV, a group of telephonic examiners stay busy putting the scopes to the world with all its communication, wonder, existence and technology… all through the oft misunderstood lens of Killed By Death punk. And like true scientists they question EVERYTHING with an unbiased ear and curious humor. “What is a Frogrammer?” “How can one be 7 years old and dying of old age?” “Why couldn't it have been Barry Manilow?” In that spirit, ROTARY CLUB asks you to consider this: “There was a time when all callers were unidentified. When the phone rang, there were two options: answer it, or let it ring through into silence. Curiosity? A fear of missed opportunity? The compulsive craving for social stimulus? We do not pretend to know. What we know is, often, the call was answered. Perhaps one has questions that need resolution. Perhaps one is seeking a particular type of clarification. Indeed, we, too, have questions. “What is the ITU? What does it do? Does the efficiency gained from touch tone technology warrant the costs and pitfalls that may arise? If in the circuit there is power, does it necessarily follow that in the system there is trust Though we do not have the answers, we hope to be useful in providing context and perspective.”

Includes insert and hype sticker.

FFO: The guitar solo in "Band Aid" by The Trend. The drum fills at the end of the chorus in Vast Majority's "I Wanna Be A Number." The bounce of the bass in “The “Source” by Fresh Color. Vocals with as much social commentary as those found in The Maggots' ode to Tammy Wynette.
