Trementina

***TREMENTINA formed in 2012 in Valdivia, one of the most beautiful cities in Chile, 800 km south from Santiago. They met each other in Fine Arts School at Universidad Austral. As a couple, CRISTOBAL GRATZ-ORTIZ and VANESSA CEA started making sound experiments with his guitar noise and her vocals, using a country house near the city. With their friend LUCAS MARTINIC from the skate scene joining on bass guitar, they began structuring their songs, land taking inspiration from UK shoegaze bands like The Boo Radleys, Ride, My Bloody Valentine, Lush, Chapterhouse and Slowdive among others. Adding drummer SIMON "BASEMENT", they found a savage sound to fuel their teenage anxiety and became the soundtrack for those interested in punk rock, grunge and noise-pop in Valdivia and Osorno. Edition of 400 copies on black vinyl.
