***PNV Records presents the first ever reissue of the seminal 1981 sought after collectable Southern California compilation Who Cares released by American Standard Records. The compilation features a who’s who of the amazing Southern California beach punk scene. Features many exclusive tracks and for many of the bands their only existing music released to the public. You get tracks from legendary bands such as Cheifs, Shattered Faith, Political Crap and many lesser known but still hugely influential bands such as Suspects, Civil Disobedience and AKA. One of the most sought-after comps of California Punk/Hardcore out there.
