Pummeling drums carry “Burning Mirrors” into a reverb soaked flurry of grizzled guitar, spectral organ and waxy vocals that melt like candles. An incantation of tenebrous flute warns too late that you have lost your way within the LUMERIANS' strange world. For the B-side, they translate The Osmonds’ “Crazy Horses” into an echo chamber of noise that tells the acid-trip fable of “Chevaux Fous” through krauted rhythms and freaked synth sirens.
