***Australia’s THE CAVEMEN are back with a new long glob for a dirty and dilapidated world, and it’s as grimy as you’ve ever heard from the wretched brethren. Ca$h 4 Scrap scrapes up more than enough degenerate garage-punk trash with unavoidable forays into theme of death, demons, and even amputation, making sure to stop for a kiss on your daughter's lips along the way. YUCK MOUTH SAY MUAH! “Booze, Ciggies ‘n Drugs” is the first single, and leaves us wondering how many types of cancer these ghouls have among them, and if all four Cavemen share a brain tumor. “Leather Boys” is solid gold junk shop stomp, and the rest… well, you know by now how The Cavemen rock’n’roll—the ONLY way, because any other way ain’t! Edition of 500 copies, with only 250 for the USA.

***New Zealand’s stank beacons of irresponsibility THE CAVEMEN are back in the Slovenly saddle with four new merciless hits to the chin, as if 2020 hasn’t been painful enough! Like, who doesn’t wanna get euthanized, right? Only time will tell if this year’s NZ ‘End of Life Choice Act’ to legalise euthanasia passes. If not, at least you get three square meals a day in the clink! Seems like the ‘Men would have already tackled a tune titled “Eat Your Heart Out” on one of their hundred previous releases, but cannibalism is only the tip of the iceberg here - these guys want to “Eat Your Heart and Wear Your Face.” But don’t flatter yourself, baby. They’re fine with going to see a shrink to get “Over You” while you’re twisting with your new squeeze. So enjoy yourselves, because as they say, it’s later than you think.

***Slovenly Recordings is super gassed to present the way gone fourth footlong from globe-trotting New Zealanders THE CAVEMEN! These four refined neanderdudes have belted out yet another crunching set called Night After Night that documents their collective daily doses of drinkin, fightin’, and summa dat good good luvvin’. Check the lead-off single “Don’t Know Why” for a rare glimpse of their sensitive sides. It’s so damn cute it’ll make you stick your finger down your throat. But don’t get used to it… they’re back to riffin ‘n’ rollin’’ but hard with that GO! sound you dig so much on “Can’t Resist” and beltin’ out their familiar violent chug on “Knife Fight.” It’s another disasterbatin’ session for the books, gang, so dig in and chow down! ***Thee most insane CAVEMEN of New Zealand return to Slovenly with a brand new track recorded during their sojourn in Brazil while nuking Earth on their recent world tours, and an outtake from the famed namesake Nuke Earth LP sessions is scoochin’ up mighty close to it on the A-side, while “Drownin’” shows the boys at their most primitive (no, it’s not a Gories cover, but it’s at least twice as raw!), and it should - it was recorded when they were still in high school. We could easily stand a whole album of this mess!

***New Zealand’s THE CAVEMEN are back, ready to drink, fight, fuck and play some goddamn rock and roll! Nuke Earth is their third footlong rekkid and it’s pure, primitive motherfuckin’ GARAGE PUNK like you lust after every night when you’re licking your sexiest leather record jackets, or ‘77 punk steeped in a moldy stack of bootleg Motörhead outtake LPs. The ‘Men have gone batshit crazy, and they’re in full-on attack mode here with 13 tracks of panty dropping chaos guaranteed to land you in jail faster than you can crack one off in a grindhouse showing an “Ilsa” film. Rock’n’roll is here to stay, and it’ll always be for the crazy kids… like it or lump it! (STREET DATE - 4/06/2018)

***Auckland, NZ outta control garage savages THE CAVEMEN have finally given Slovenly a kick in the nuts with a new 7-inch EP, and mama, we be doubled over in agony from this most supreme beat down! The title track is brutal shit—the sickest they’ve knocked out since their debut “Juvenile Delinquent” single from 2014. When PAUL CAVEMAN snarls “PLAY SOME GOD DAMN ROCK’N’ROLL” on the opener “Death Row” you do what he say! More semen-soaked shockwaves on the flipside with “Dog on a Chain” and “Killing Myself to Live” are as primal and damaged as your better judgement. If this was released during the '90s garage-punk explosion half those bands woulda called it quits on first spin. Give up, give in, dive in and DIE! (STREET DATE - 6/02/2017)
