***CHECK STOCK!!! Received a 7.4 rating from Pitchfork. From their inception in 1988 until their hiatus in 2006, the LUNGFISH music band released 11 full-length albums and played concerts across the United States and in Europe. The band is renowned for intense creative productivity, releasing albums annually from the years 1992–2000. But what is not generally known is that volumes of Lungfish material never saw the light of day. The 1999 A.C.R. session offers a rare glimpse into some of this elusive material and by extension, into the Lungfish creative process. These 10-songs were recorded and mixed by CRAIG BOWEN at Baltimore’s A.C.R. Studios but never released. After the session the band decided to continue writing new songs—ultimately recording at Inner Ear Studios what became Necrophones (2000). Six of these songs were re-recorded and released on Necrophones, while four others remained unreleased, until now.

***CHECK STOCK!!! Received an 8.1 rating from Pitchfork. THE LUNGFISH BAND, from Baltimore, Maryland, has been performing and releasing albums on the Dischord Records label for more than 20 years. The Unanimous Hour was the band’s 8th full-length album, appropriately released at the begining of the new millenium, June 1999. For many The Unanimous Hour represents the band at its peak, incorporating DANIEL HIGGS’ wild lyrical imgery with the band’s signature focus and repitition and spining them to new levels of tension and release. Lungfish is now, as it often has been, quasi if not entirely defunct. However, since the release of the band’s last album in 2005, Feral Hymns, singer Daniel Higgs (who is also an accomplished visual artist) has embarked on a burgeoning solo career, releasing albums on Northern Liberties, Thrill Jocky and Holy Mountain and showing his artwork both in the States and The United Kingdom. ASA OSBORNE is currently recording and performing solo material under the name, THE ZOMES. The Unanimous Hour (which has been out of print for years) is being reissued on CD and LP, both remastered from original tapes. LP features a free download.

***REISSUED!!! The LUNGFISH band, from Baltimore, Maryland, has been performing and releasing albums on the Dischord Records label for more than 20 years. Pass And Stow was the band’s fourth full-length album, released in 1993. Pass And Stow clearly documents the move from the band’s post-punk roots toward a more hypnotic and signature sound that was to revolve more around DANIEL HIGGS’ lyrical imagery with hints of the minimalist approach the band would adopt on later albums. Remastered from original tapes, and features new updated artwork.

***The seventh album from the legendary LUNGFISH. The group's consciousness alternately/simultaneously coalesces and disperses, creating a continuous quasi-musical pulse which reaches its climax at many intervals along the way. They’ve still got it, indeed.
