1999 release by the shapeshifting ensemble from the San Francisco East Bay, which would later spin off into Southeast Asian "bar band" Neung Phak. Over 20+ years, the group has combined rock, free improv and various Middle Eastern influences with tape manipulation and "situationist" pranks as one of the most unique bands of the Bay Area. This debut full-length swings radically across these landscapes through compositions and peculiar cover tunes, from hi-fi to no-fi, from the Colma BART station to ex-pat Iraqi pop and beyond. A rotating roster includes members of Negativland, Fibulator, Ubzub, Porest and other off-base ensembles. Limited to 600 vinyl copies. These are the LAST COPIES!
