***Lifetime is the tenth studio album from Sun Araw. Sun Araw continues to investigate space as a motionless field against which many motions are observed! Stasis: wheels within and wheels without! Please enjoy this adventure in sound! Double-LP set mastered at 45 rpm.

***Rock Sutra is the new space-rock album from SUN ARAW. Space: and how to make it, "Roomboe," the first track, illustrates this process. Experience is elastic. Rock Sutra features four tracks. "78 Sutra" is about oribital motion. "Catalina" is about taking a walk. "Arrambe" is about a peculiar feeling you get when you zoom in far enough.

***Belomancie is the seventh full-length album from SUN ARAW. is a series of corridors that lead to specific chambers. Belomancie is designed to be an active listening experience. Belomancie is not designed to accompany existing environments, Belomancie is designed as a transportation system. It is recommended to give Belomancie your full attention, and to listen at the highest volume that is comfortable on high quality speakers with a pronounced stereo field or on an excellent pair of headphones. Interference is physicality. When faced squarely, each chamber produces a particular physical effect capable of causing a simple thing: an experience of discontinuity. Hot Jobs! Composed, performed and produced by CAMERON STALLONES, Los Angeles, Summer 2013.

***BACK IN PRINT!!! Received a 7.9 rating from Pitchfork. Heartfelt and marbled, SUN ARAW’s new album is documentation of the slow exit (the triumphal entry): moving the camera back 8 stages along the circumference of the circle to the point where the obverse is reverse, in order to celebrate the building of an edifice and then walk away from it in wisdom, gaining freedom from it.

”Sun Ark” is the new 7" from cosmic explorer Sun Araw "Live Mind" is the dubby, hazed b-side, which the label calls "a cool new boat trip on an evolved vessel." We’re not quite sure what that means and prefer to think of it as a “leisurely, pond-tripped excursion around some dank space-jungled island on the aforementioned futuristic ark.” Typically dope cover art by Cameron Stallones himself.

2010 REMASTERED EDITION!!! Originally issued in a limited pressing in 2008, Beach Head is a release of sunburnt affection for a place that has since submerged: a coastal constellation of friends and energies that still slosh and burn through dimensions just above our perceptual apparatus. These are the coordinates, should you want to go: “Thoughts Are Bells” opens in séance before easing back into full Florian blossom. “Horse Steppin’” is a love song to Neil Young’s six-string gateway: sunblushed and indulgent, persistently burning. “Beams” builds a bridge between Marconi Notaro and Long Beach, and throws an underwater groove party in the midst. “Bridal Filly” pushes the sun under the horizon with a mountain of vocals; unfailing love glowing at its center: a marriage song. As the inaugural release on Sun Ark Records, Beach Heads has been remastered at the legendary Dubplates & Mastering in Germany, and has been imprinted onto 180-gram vinyl, these tunes have never sounded this good. UK import.

INCLUDES FREE DOWNLOAD COUPON FOR ALL FIVE TRACKS FROM THE CD VERSION!!! "When the On Patrol test presses hit the turntables, an epilogue burst from the side of the Sun Araw cranium immediately, before it was even cold on wax. The camera jumped all by itself, spontaneous framing and new perspectives: "Last Chants" grips you in heavy, end-of-shift panic; who knew "Holodeck Blues" got so rowdy? Surrounded and staring down the barrels of some serious forces, the scum is rising. No worries: you got backup, don't forget who's wearing the badge. Flip the vision and make it all the way down, it's your party. "Midnight Locker" is one chilled exhalation, all cold sweat and steam vents. The cab ride home comes with AM radio ghosts, whispering again of that heavier zone, it's time to get back. The flip side is pure secret sun-day, sacred rest: the stairway to the stars. "Deep Temple," float on up, the Heavy Deeds are waiting." --Aristocrat P. Child

***On Patrol is a double album in two parts, and the fourth full length album from SUN ARAW, following 2009’s Heavy Deeds. An album for heavy-steamin' late nights in the city, inter-dimensional back alleys, ghost cabs, and midnight-sweat locker rooms, it creeps and tunes in on a much darker, sparser, and more classically minded channel than its predecessors: dark and deep steam-vent ruminations on Philip Cohran, lenticular objects, and fried Hot 92.3 R&B slow-jams. Eschewing liner notes, Sun Araw has subtitled each track to let the listener know exactly where they are in hopes of recruiting more explorers as would-be enforcers. UK import. Received an 8.1 rating from Pitchfork.
