Though not particularly well known outside of the Philippines, save for diehard collectors, Third World Chaos were massively important to the Pinoy punk movement via member Tommy Tanchanco's involvement with the Twisted Red Cross label. Musically, Third World Chaos deliver a fuzzed out, mid-paced, lo-fi assault that owes as much to '77, Pistols style punk as it does to hard hitting Oi! and early hardcore. As charming as it is infectious, TWC's sole album stands as a testament to the worldwide underground network of 80's punk.
