***ARMCHAIR MARTIAN is the band JON SNODGRASS of DRAG THE RIVER started and played in for many years prior to the formation of Drag the River. Although the band has not been active for many years, the legacy of the band has grown and their records have become essential listening for fans of their punk/country sound. With the re-release of Who Wants to Play Bass on Suburban Home, the band is coming together to do a West Coast tour to support the album. Who Wants to Play Bass originally came out on My Records (label owned and operated by Lagwagon frontman, Joey Cape) in 2002. This is touted by most of Armchair Martian's fans as their favorite Armchair album. The perfect combination of Punk and Country makes this album essential listening for bands of both Punk and Alt-Country.
