2nd Generation Rising

***BACK IN STOCK!!! Note new price. JACKIE SHARK started Riverside, California’s first punk band in 1977, RABIES, and played at the legendary Masque in Hollywood. The band broke up after a few shows and Shark did not want to leave his original songs unrecorded. With the help of a fellow punk musician, JEFFERY BLAST, the two quickly set up a 4-tack recorder in Jeff’s house and recorded these two songs—”2nd Generation Rising” and “Mary Lou”—in February 1978. Approximately 250 records were pressed and were released by Spring 1978. These were mostly given away. Original copies are now highly prized collectors items that have fetched up to $ 1,200.00 a copy.
