***The 1983 demo from Oregon metalheads SAT'YR. "Keizer Oregon, McNary High School Students. They got together in middle school, played their first gig at an assembly. They were notorious for booze and weed weekend long benders at the guitarist MIKE’s dad’s house in suburban Keizer. Sex and Booze crazed kids who barely got through high school. They started playing around Salem and Portland. ‘B.A.B.E.’ is an acronym for Blonde at Both Ends which was written for the bass players girl, Tina (also, probably not coincidentally, the name of a porno VHS that was floating around at the time). Obvious influences were Dio / Gillan era Sabbath, W.A.S.P., Motley Crue etc… The guitar player Mike went on to play drums with glam / hair metal band DIAMOND TUCK, punk band BIZARRE PISS, and PHOENIX THUNDERSTONE in Portland and SF. He died of a heroin o.d. in the early 2000s. The drummer KYLE is still in Keizer and owns an art supply company that employs the other two remaining members. The EP was recorded by DWYANE or DUANE SHEETS in Salem, OR.. These were the only songs put down on tape." Edition of 500 copies.
