Twisted around a rock solid instrumental foundation, Tim Koberstein’s voice and lyrics are an open journal of solitude. Inspired by the dark melodies of The Cure and the unrelenting passion of Nine Inch Nails, 7DFC sound equally familiar and altogether fresh.

Well known for their brutal live performances, 7DFC is hands-down the hardest working band in Indianapolis; performing at over 130 events in 2005 alone. Their dedication and non-stop touring paid off at the finals of the prestigious 2004 Indianapolis Battle of the Bands, where they took home top prize over more than 210 area bands. The band has also reeled in blue ribbons at several other Indy-area competitions including a few Battle of the Bands sponsored by Benchmark Records.
